Antigone– Characterization  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚        Ã‚  Ã‚   This essay will illustrate the types of characters depicted in Sophocles’ tragic drama, Antigone, whether static or dynamic, flat or round, and whether portrayed through the showing or telling technique.    Martin Heidegger in â€Å"The Ode on Man in Sophocles’ Antigone† explains, in a rather involved theory,   the destruction of Creon’s character:    The conflict between the overwhelming presence of the essent as a whole and man’s violent being-there creates the possibility of downfall into the issueless and placeless: disaster. But disaster and the possibility of disaster do not occur only at the end, when a single act of power fails, when the violent one makes a false move; no, this disaster is fundamental, it governs and waits in the conflict between violence and the overpowering. Violence against the preponderant power of being must shatter against being, if being rules in its essence, as physics, as emerging power(98).    The dialogue, action and motivation revolve about the characters in the story (Abrams 32-33). Werner Jaeger in â€Å"Sophocles’ Mastery of Character Development† pays the dramatist the very highest compliment with regard to character development:    The ineffaceable impression which Sophocles makes on us today and his imperishable position in the literature of the world are both due to his character-drawing. If we ask which of the men and women of Greek tragedy have an independent life in the imagination apart from the stage and from the actual plot in which they appear, we must answer, ‘those created by Sophocles, above all others’ (36).    Surely   it can be said of Sophocles’ main characters that they grow beyond the two dimension... ...ment of his edict; he changes after Teiresias’ visit and warning. Ismene and Haemon become dynamic later in the tragedy. Without financial knowledge, a budget and/or a financial plan in place you can have an income of 100,000 thousand dollars a year and still be living paycheck to paycheck and eventually end up in financial ruin. If a budget is not in place it is very likely to spend more money than you are making. By accounting for all income you receive and spend you are able see you’re spending habits. To assess whether you’re spending habits are good or bad, need to be improved or adjusted. For instance my family loves to eat out. If I noticed that my family spends $400 dollars a month on fast food/eating out then I need to decide what’s essential to my household and what’s not; if spending that amount on fast food is not essential then I need to make a conscience effort to eat at home more and decide on an acceptable amount and give my family a fast food budget, a certain amount for fast food monthly. I can also add that additional money not spent on eating out to our savings account or add it to a 401k, IRA, or even pay extra on our credit cards. By making good personal finance choices money can be saved monthly to add to retirement income. Personal finance choices affect your life now but most importantly they will affect how comfortable you are able to retire. To design a budget for earnings, spending, saving and investing a financial plan is a necessity. To create a financial plan for earnings, spending, saving and investing you must first understand these things separately, how they all work together and affect each other and that they are a necessity to laying a solid foundation for your family’s future. First, a detailed budget is needed for a clear picture to see how much money you have, what you spend your money on, how much you’re spending and the amount left over. A budget allows you to make sure your money is going where it should. After a budget is created and you’ve cut back on the little things that aren’t essential and you’ve focused on getting out of debt by not borrowing more than you can afford to pay back and paying more than just the minimum on credit payments then it’s time to focus on a plan for saving and investing. It is important to take advantage of tax – advantaged accounts like employer 401k plans, individual retirement accounts and special retirement accounts for the self employed. These accounts give way for credits, tax deductions and tax free earning on retirement savings. Insurance is also an important part of this process to protect your life, your capability to earn income and the roof over your head.

Water resource is the most important part of our life. Almost everything cannot leave with water. From food to production, demand for water is growing. Water in different states constantly moves and nourish all. Thus, recognizing the water cycle is vital and necessary for development and Environmental Protection. Introduction Water cycle is also known as â€Å"hydrological cycle. It describes the continuous movement of water on, above, and below the surface of the Earth. Water is always changing states between liquid, vapor, and ice. Water cycle has been going on for billions of years and all life on Earth is dependent on the water cycle. If there is no water cycle, the Earth would be a lifeless place. There is no clear starting point of water cycle, but the ocean can be counted as the beginning of it. The sun drives the entire water cycle. Water changes into water vapor due to the rice of ocean temperature and then evaporates into the air. Freshwater lakes and rivers have similar evaporated phenomenon. On land, water of transpiration from the plant and land also change into steam and evaporate into the air. A small amount of water in the air from the sublime, which is the direct evaporation of ice and snow and it is completely omitted from the melting process. Updrafts carry water vapor into the atmosphere and water vapor condenses into a cloud due to the low temperature of atmosphere.
